Camden Area Health Education Center and ARCHIVE Global are pleased to invite you to join in a round table discussion on innovative, family-focused strategies for delivering asthma care and support in Camden.

Purpose:

  • Introduce the activities of Breathe Easy Camden, a new pilot project that seeks to improve asthma-related health outcomes by rethinking how and where we can most effectively deliver care to underserved families.

  • Identify local barriers to health access, as well as the social and economics costs of asthma.

  • Discuss opportunities for the creation of strong partnerships to more effectively deliver asthma care and support in Camden.
