Purpose:

Introduce the activities of Breathe Easy Camden, a new pilot project that seeks to improve asthma-related health outcomes by rethinking how and where we can most effectively deliver care to underserved families.

Identify local barriers to health access, as well as the social and economics costs of asthma.

Discuss opportunities for the creation of strong partnerships to more effectively deliver asthma care and support in Camden.
